We ordered a 10th birthday cake for my daughter who loves Sonic the Hedgehog. Carlie made it look like a 3D level with the ground as the lower level and the jumping platforms for the top, sprinkled with golden rings that defied gravity. Needless to say, we absolutely loved it. The cake was delicious and the attention to detail blew us away. Everyone who saw it commented on how amazing it was!

Carlie created a beautiful fruit cake for our Mothers special 90th Birthday which was perfect – Joyce’s favorite rose in a simple design with lace trim & piping
Carlie even made a second fruit cake (as we had 45 guests) which she cut up and placed in bags for us to give guests which she suggested which helped on the day.
Thank you Carlie (Not Just a Cake) highly recommended to make your cake for that special occasion.

I’ve been fortunate enough to both watch Carli prepare her cakes and sample the end product. She puts 100% into them and it shows.

Carlie has made a few cakes for our two kids and we have always been beyond impressed with her beautiful cakes. Not only do they look incredible, they taste amazing! We can’t recommend Carlie enough.

Have seen and tasted their cakes, they are divine and look so fantastic. Children’s cakes are colourful and pretty spectacular. Adult cakes are suited to the person they are for. They taste as good as they look.
