I’m on a sugar detox, so can’t eat bread or rice. Makes it hard to eat from most food carts, but they were very accommodating and made me a double serving plate with no bun. Cost more than one sandwich, but less than 2. So delicious!!

I have been a fan of the great Philly steak for many years. We have tried a lot of food carts over the years and have never found one that has always had nothing but great and consistent food and the service is to die for. Keep up the great work Cindy. From your favorite VIKING!

If you have never tried one of these Philly Steak Sandwiches ~~ it is a shame. They are awesome. Juicy and filled with veggies and cheese, grilled to perfection. The juice runs down my arm as I am eating and this for me makes a good sandwich. I usually order 2 of them. They are even great warmed up the next day. I try to make it wherever the stand is so I get my fill throughout the year. Cindy is a joy to visit with as she creates your sandwich with love. Please never go out of business !!!

Best Philly cheese steak outside of Philly (I lived in Philly so I know of what I speak 🙂 ). And Cindi is a darling! A must try….warning: these have the potential to become a lovely habit!
