Fair trade coffee and tea from many regions of the world, locally made sandwiches and treats, compost made from recycled coffee grounds, minimal amount od disposable items, and a wide assortment of “creamers” and sweeteners to create your own special cup of joe. They celebrate the uniqueness of louisville and the staff represents that culture. What’s not to love?
