This would have to be the worst hair studio I’ve ever been to. Not only was the salon small and cramped but I found the staff to be rude and incompetent. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was informed that it was indeed the manager who was extremely rude. I feel that the reason that I left the salon with extreme damage to my hair from whatever product she used to administer blonde foils was because I complained. I found this salon to be completely unprofessional and the damage done to my hair resulted in me having to cut substantial length off and play the waiting game to grow the rest of the damage out. My phone calls to follow this matter up we’re never returned. Worst experience ever. If you live in Toowoomba, do NOT risk your hair with these people.

I travel 1 hour one way every six weeks to have my hair done at studio CA. They are always welcoming and up for a chat. They pride themselves in what they do and hands down the best blonde specialist I have found.
