This company is family and black owned. Their customer service is beyond compare, but their products have made my hair the healthiest is ever been. From what my stylist tells me they really nurture their relationships with their professional customers which made me want to use them when I’m NOT in the salon chair. SILK2 MAKES HAIR FEEL AWESOME!
