I have been a loyal customer of Victoria at Karizma for 10 years.
I am totally comfortable there and Victoria and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home.
Victoria has taken care in training her staff, pushes them to their full potential and letting them grow creatively to their greatest ability, so that they are amazing stylists, and the best not only in Devonport, but the state!
I will continue to go to Karizma and the team in the future as well as recommend anyone that wants a haircut, makeover, trim, whether they want something contemporary, modern, or eccentric

Lovely modern salon with old fashioned customer service. Staff are very professional and hair techniques for colour or cut are on par. Would highly recommend Karizma to anyone from the young to the elderly. Apprentice Riley Willows is absolutely outstanding for skills and ideas.

Karizma makes everyone feel welcome and gives excellent customer service. The hairdressers here aren’t just nameless drones, they take time to understand their clients and cater to thier own personal style. They are artists in the trade.
Very professional and I gotta say the only place I actually trust, of course mistakes can happen but the staff do thier best to resolve at no extra cost to the client and free touch ups.
Only saloon who actually give proper service for the average person.

They are the best hairdresser’s on the Northwest, they give the most loving and amazing customer service. They always make you feel welcome. Riley is a gorgeous person inside and out, always does an amazing job and will always have a conversation with you. His personality is just amazing and beautiful. They are just a very friendly salon nothing is to big for them to do styles are beautiful I have been going there for approximately 6 years and I am very fussy with whom my hair is styled by walked into this salon nothing was a problem told to sit down was given books several told to go through didn’t matter what part of the head styles I wanted if it was in several books can put it all together and have gone back ever since friendly great stylists pleasure to walk in always greeted beyond what is needed just a pleasant experience all around they deserve to win

Karizma Hair Design managed to fix an appalling hair colour by another salon turning my hair from black and orange to a beautiful sandy blonde. Despite being told that it would be IMPOSSIBLE to fix my hair in one sitting, five hours later the amazing Riley had done the impossible. I recommend them to every friend I have!

Karizma Hair Design is by far the best salon ever. I’ve had a lot of bad hair experiences at many different salons but Karizma have never let me or my hair down.
