Their treats are all made from scratch, no mixes like other bakeries in town. Chelsea buns and butter tarts are second too no one and try the lemon bars and brownies, delicious

I think they make the best buttertarts. I live in Calgary and when I’m in Orillia I make a point to get to this bakery. Chelsea buns are amazing too.

Wilkie’s makes THE most superlative butter tarts I’ve ever tasted. Even better than my grandmother’s (sorry, Grandma) and that’s saying a lot! The pastry melts in the mouth. I never want to go to Orillia without having one, or two, or five!
