Well, I will just say that “Goat” is the only tattooist in Tupelo I’ve used and I hope to have him lay some fresh ink on me in 2-3 weeks. And, those feelings I used to have when me & my BFF were out & about as a group, it’s very inconsiderate, controlling behavior. Not to mention that it’s SOOOO very humiliating. We both knew it all and also knew God.
IF the government decides I should be put back into 1 of their crowded cages. My life was all about treating the people you love & care about like you would be dead tomorrow. It’s inescapable the doctor told me when I negotiated, which was often and had fired her knowing how valuable a resource she had become in her first 100+ days. AND, she is also very valuable to N MSHealthServices. #1 she was trained to work with cancer patients as a CNA, C diff& Ortho patients are very different than most other hospitalized patients. However, no matter who is her patient or why they are on her unit, she treats them with the same kindness, love, compassion & patience. #2 Besides being qualified as a CNA, she’s has recently been moved into the position of Unit Coordinator of Oncology Floor during the 7p-7a shift.#3 My daughter also received a certificate as a phlembotamist AND she also has been certified as an EKG technicial she said they didn’t study that very much, it was more of a practical application. And if you paid attention and followed directions, stating you know how to perform EKG. You’re a qualified(your 90 day peer review) as the HIGHEST results I’ve encountered in all my years working in this industry. You were either .4% or .6%. And, your coworkers who also had to evaluate you, this one of the very very few weeks to even make it through their first 90days.
I’ve NEVER had a person like her before. NEVER worked in healthcare, unless you count animal health. NEVER changed a diaper. And definitely had never encountered a C Diff patient(explosive diarrhea). Yet, she grabbed what she needed(while she was the Unit Coordinator) and went to the patient’s room. Shortly after she went into the patient’s room, the CNA responsible for this patient, came into the room, told the UC and an RN that she couldn’t do that and they would just have to do it by themselves. This same CNA was a safety sitter a couple weeks ago and was sleeping in the patient’s room. The family was also in the room at the same time and continued video taping even after the “visitors” had left. The CNA denied denied denied the accusations reported by the family. I saw the CNA in question shortly after this incident occurred and BEFORE the napping episode reached for him. Yeah, I guess I kinda was. I saw the video. She alledges she just breathes that way. I’ve NEVER not once heard her breathing like that. SHE WAS SNORING. She has had numerous write ups during her time at our hospital but nothing has been drastic enough to fire her. Needless to say, she has made several bad decisions lately that have involved members of the church’s children. I would PRAY before letting my child be in her care. Remember, the last time children were in her care, doctor’s determined that the 7 children were all poisoned to death. In fact, a couple of the kids, didn’t know what to do. So, they carried him back to the place where the grim reaper was waiting.
