DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
This company is dishonest and a terrible business to work with – I spent months trying to help a client fix billing errors with this company to no avail.
They promised a flat 3.5% rate – my client was billed random amounts over this 3.5% each month The reports matched perfectly with DMD’s invoices – however, they debited a different amount from the account every month. The company’s owners act like the nicest guys in the world – telling you how sorry they are and it must all be a misunderstanding – they will look into it right away. After 5 months of this same story, Bill Santiago finally said – “well, you still saved more money with us that you would have if you stayed with your last company.” The account was finally cancelled.
