I love AFV! My cats been missing for 2 weeks now, when I go in their to look they’re so compassionate! They’re also helpful, sweet, patient, caring and all of the above.. plus, it’s the cleanest pet facility I’ve EVER been in and with that being said, Great people, a great clean facility ..for the pets it’s a win win.. their don’t have a choice but to be Great! KUDOS TO AFV!

AFV’s mission statement is actively carried out daily by each staff member. I have visited many shelters in my life and it only takes 1 walk through to see that compassion for animals is a top priority of each staff member.

I adopted my little puppy through Animal Friends about eight years ago and she is the best ever. She likes to go visit the senior centers on behalf of Animal Friends of the Valley. It’s been on hold for a bit due to a little knee surgery but she is healthy and happy as can be and should be back to this soon. My mother of 93 just loves her and Jamie (my puppy) especially loves the elderly and little children. Thanks AFV

Best shelter I worked with, actually my favorite. I am a rescue volunteer and go to many shelters but this one is the best. The kennels are always clean, it smells nice inside, the dogs are taken out for play time. They have many bolunteers to interacts with the animals. The staff really cares for animals here.

I adopted my dog from AFV and have used their low cost spay/neuter clinic and vaccination clinic. All their staff and volunteers are amazing, they take such good care of the animals. I’m so greatful they helped me find my perfect dog. And have continued to help me keep my pets healthy. They truly give their all.
