I have adopted 4 pugs from Guardian Angels. Patti is truly wonderful for what she does. Totally selfless with hugest heart. I live about 6 hours away and have made the trip many times and will do so again.

Guardian Angels is a wonderful rescue and sometimes last chance for abused, elderly and unwanted pugs. Patti give those pups her heart and soul, catering to their every need and comfort. Potential new families are interviewed and homes inspected to assure these little furbabies get the best possible chance of a loving home. They long for their forever homes but Patti holds them close to her heart until that home is found.

Truly one of the best rescue groups, it is all about the dogs. There isn’t anything they wouldn’t do for the health and welfare of the dogs. The grooming buisiness is the main funding for the rescue. She gives as much love and attention to her grooming clients as she does the rescues.

I can’t begin to express how wonderful Guardian Angels Pug Rescue is. Very caring and loving towards all pets, no matter what their age or condition. Patti always gets the best care for the dogs no matter what. Some who are terminal live out their lives in comfort and love that they may have otherwise never known. Patti is also very diligent in screenings to match the dogs with the perfect family fit. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my adoptions. Patti and GAPR is the best.

Patti is such a kind, wonderful loving and caring lady. She takes excellent care of all the wonderful dogs in her care. She loves and pampers them all as if they were her own. She will only place a dog in a home after extensively checking out the person trying to adopt. She will not put any dog, or any animal, in harms way.

We have adopted three pugs from GAPR, and I recommend them to everyone who is looking for a small dog.
Anyone who sets foot on the property can tell that the dogs are taken care of with the utmost love and support. Our pups from GAPR have been the most amazing additions to our family because of the adoration and cuddles they received from Patti!

I`m a pug lover and I at one time had 3 now due to my oldest boy getting cancer I have 2 and both of them came from Guardian Angels Pug Rescue.My girl is blind and she adopted my Husband and my little boy adopted me.This rescue is the best the Rescues are well taken care of and loved til they get their forever home.This rescue is made out of love for these Pugs.

I’ve been following Patti and her work with Guardian Angels Pug Rescue for over 16 years, and I’ve always been so impressed with the love and dedication she shows to the sweet creatures. After losing out two pugs just days apart unexpectedly a few months ago she was so kind and worked with us to find the perfect fit for our home. Now we have 3 of her rescues and couldn’t be happier! It’s a wonderful organisation and she is the reason!

Guardian Angels Pug Rescue has been in Rescue for 30 yrs and is dedicated to saving Pugs, Pug mixes and other non-Pug breeds. they are caring and make sure to go to great lengths to make sure the animals in their care are safe, loved and healthy! then they make sure they are adopting into loving, permanent homes by an extensive adoption procedure.
