I have been a client of Penny\\\’s at CIELO Salon for nearly a decade because she is an expert in color and style. Her work is innovative and consistently excellent. Beyond the skill, Penny compassionately walked me through the loss of my hair due to chemotherapy and helped me as I recovered to look and feel my best. Cielo is a warm , truly caring environment! Love it !!!

Cielo is the “Cheers” of hair salons & spa’s; everyone knows your name and you are treated more like family than a client. The services are great, of course- From stylist with an edge to the most amazing facials in town!

Cielo has the best hairdressers and staff.. The atmosphere is happy, friendly, clean and most relaxing. I have been going to this salon since it has opened. There is no reason to change. It is the best in everyway.
