Studio 73 Hair Salon

I’m not. I went in for a color correction and after a consult with Jasmine she said she could make me a cool blonde and the cost for my visit would be around $100. She put something on my head that made it feel like it was on fire which I tolerated to reach my goal of cool blonde. After being there for a few hours and having 2 other customers get haircuts from Jasmine I started to become concerned with her lack of effort and focus. I left with tinted, ugly, orange hair and she suggested I try to like it. I had family pictures with all of my in-laws a week later. It was devastating and I cried more than I’d like to admit. I went to a Maine salon the day off the photos so they could try to help and thank God they got rid of a lot of the orange. This was a terrible experience and no one should have to go through this, pay $125 and get told AFTER that it would take 2+ more visits to achieve the results I was told I would have that day. I called to complain directly to Jasmine and never received a response. Messing up is okay. Not fixing the problem is why I suggest everyone avoid studio 73 and Jasmine.

I have been going to Studio 73 since I moved here in 2010. The stylists, especially Christina Rich, are wonderful. (She is no longer there – raising her children). Jasmine is very good and always treats me with respect. I appreciate the reasonable rates and senior discount. And I always get an appt. when I want it.

Jasmyn is perfect. She knows exactly what I want and is so flexible and patient with me. Before going to her, I had seen the same hair dresser for 26 years. I was very nervous to trust my hair in the hands of someone else. Jasmyn was so understanding and worked with me to make sure my haircut was exactly what I wanted.

They have the friendliest staff and do an amazing job! I always feel like part of the family when I walk through the door!
