Crystal is very knowledgeable of her profession & does an excellent job. Her sweet & polite demeanor is also, a plus. She makes it her priority to focus on one client at a time while NOT overlapping times and playing musical chairs with us. I love the way she adds that extra special touch with sending a text of her appreciation for my visit. Her job location at Hair America, is the perfect size along with other friendly professional stylists, so myself, as a client, I feel welcomed and comfortable during my visit. Thank you Crystal, you’re a true gem & to Hair America. I am a very happy and satisfied client at each and every visit.

Everybody at hair America salon are professional and polite. Crystal Jones is an amazing hairstylist with a fantastic personality. Crystal does my daughters hair and makeup for pageants. I will always go to her unless she was booked. She deserves this award.
