I have been going to Jess for the past couple years (my mom and sisters go to her as well) we have never had any complaints. We always have great conversations, the atmosphere is always nice and friendly, and our hair always ends up looking better than we hoped for! I recommend Jess to everyone else who raves about my hair and anyone who will listen!!

5 Star all the way ! Jess has been able to do a cut that no one else has ever come close to. There was a time she was not available for me, and I am thrilled to have her styling my hair again!

Not even sure how to start, it is the total package, great stylist, comfortable salon and reasonable prices. Jessica goes out of her way to make anyone visiting the salon feel like they are the most important person in the world. I have never been one for staying with one stylist until finding Carpe Diem, now I wouldn’t dream of going to anyone else!!
