Philip at On Broadway, does an awesome job doing a persons hair. He actually takes the time to listen to what his client wants and gives great insight on other things that might be an even better alternative to what it is your looking to do!!!!

I have been seeing Philip since I got back from Basic Training and my hair was a mess!!! I drive two hours to get it done by him and I won’t allow anyone else to touch it because he takes his time and makes sure it’s what you want! The best stylist and hair colorer I know.

Philip moss has been doing mine and my family’s hair for years. He is the most amazing color/ stylist you can ever have. Not to mention the most amazing person. I will never let anybody touch my hair again. He deserves this awards more than any stylist I no. Even when he was being treated for cancer he was still taking clients with a smile on his face and putting a smile on ours..

This is the only place I allow to cut my hair!!!! Phil does a phenomenal job, never messed up, and always gives me what I want while incorporating a little spice into it. He is a great worker, and devoted to his customers!!!
