I have known Top Paw Rescue for many years and this rescue is real. When they take the babies they take the mamma too…that’s a real rescue !! Has helped me plenty with strays, feral cats and other numerous things. Always there and Joanna is the best her heart is with the animals and I adore her and respect this rescue greatly !!!!!
