Although they are new it feels like they have been there forever. Great food, great drinks, Warm, friendly, skilled staff. Wonderful bright, cheerful environment. Outside seating a wonderful alternative. It just feels like an all round welcoming place to hang with friends or just go in and grab a cup to go. Definitely a Fan!!

The Island Grind has been my very favourite cafe on the Upper Island since its opening. I love the warm atmosphere, the friendly staff, the setting and the location. The tables are STUNNING! Local artists, both in paintings and music add to the atmosphere. And then there are the drinks! My favourite is the almond chai latte – sooo good! I have enjoyed the outside seating many times already and look forward to our sunny days to come. Congratulations to all of you at The Island Grind!
