I started going to Alicia about 2 years ago and nobody has spent so much time on my hair then her. She does a fabulous job each time. She will spend up to 4 hours on my hair if needed. She never rushes or does half a job. I can not say enough wonderful things about her and her shop and the other girls that work there.

Runs With Scissors offers an admirable ambiance that is both unique and comfortable. There aren’t any overwhelming overhead lights, the music is great, the shop is immaculate and well decorated. The impressive level of skill provided by the master stylists can be described as nothing less than magnificent. I always appreciate their honest and knowledgeable input when I’m deciding what I’d like done with my hair. Furthermore, they are fantastic with children. I have an autistic child with audio sensory issues and the noise from hair dryers and clippers make getting his haircut very difficult. The girls take special care to keep the noise to a minimum when he is there and always let him know when a noisy appliance is about to be used, which is key in helping him feel safe during his appointment. The patience they exhibit speaks volumes about their character. Finally, the ladies are extremely professional. All greetings are courteous, whether over the phone or in person, and messages are returned in a timely fashion. The effort put into fitting appointments into my extremely busy schedule never goes unnoticed and is always appreciated. Runs With Scissors is top notch in my book and I will continue to give them 5 star ratings until the option to give more stars becomes available.
