We discovered this past year that my 9 year old son is allergic to cow dairy. We had heard your bakery had some dairy free treats, so on Sunday we walked in, waited our turn, then asked, “It’s our first time here – can you point us at the dairy free stuff?”
The young woman behind the counter responded, “Everything in here is dairy free – the donuts, the danishes, the cakes and cupcakes, the pies – everything!”
My son was astonished. He told me a few minutes later that “This is my favorite place in the whole world!”
We took a few treats home – some cake, a danish ring, and a cheesecake, and he and my wife (who is also allergic to dairy) raved about all of it!

Our son has anaphylactic food allergies to All Tree Nuts and Peanut. He and I are lactose intolerant. The Bake Station is so unique by being all nut and dairy free. The food is fantastic. Luckily we live close to their Farmington Hills store. We purchase twice a week. The quality of our lives is raised by eating normally, from breads to treats. Wonderful service from a great staff. Communication by phone, website and Facebook. We love them!!!

This place is amazing! We drive almost two hours to visit this bakery because everything is safe for our daughter who is allergic to dairy and nuts. Their Boston cream filled donuts taste just like the dairy ones my family used to eat. When you eat here you don’t miss the dairy like you do in many specialty foods. Their chocolate mousse is out of this world too.
