I was born in Chico. I was educated in Chico. My family is in Chico. My wife is from Chico. Her family is in Chico. My first job was at Baskin and Robbins…..And no other ice cream OR candy store represents Chico better than Shubert\’s…. Licorice in October….Chico Mint anytime…..I am a fan and always will be.

Shubert’s is a local treasure! We LOVE their ice cream, especially Peppermint, Maple Nut, Mt Shasta and Chico Mint! We buy chocolate at Christmas for our family and friends and mints are my husband’s favorite, we even gave them as gifts at our wedding!!

We love our family outings to Schuberts. Started when our kids were small and now with grandkids. The ice cream is rich, servings generous and their candy is fabulous. Love the friendly servers too!
