I came twice and loved it both times. I felt they heard me and did exactly what I needed.The owner, Titi, is really involved in all that goes on in her salon. All the staff is friendly and very professional. I had a great experience overall!

Bought hair products got back 10min after asked to return and manager Jackie told me there is a no return policy even if product is still closed and purchased 10 minutes ago.
Bad customer service. Not standing in Canada return policy. I do not recommend!

Every hairstylist from here does really good shampoo blowdry for me and they are all very friendly and nice Ladies. Their produts are also of very reasonable prices and most of them are a lot cheaper than those from else where!
