Dr. Kavali first earned her BSE in Biomedical Engineering, then her MD degree. She then completed general surgery residency training at the University of Illinois in Chicago. Following this, she went on to complete her plastic surgery fellowship training at Wayne State University in Michigan.

Dr. Carmen Kavali has been named one of “America’s Top Plastic Surgeons” by the Consumers’ Research Council of America for at least 4 consecutive years.
Dr. Carmen Kavali is a distinguished board certified plastic surgeon in Atlanta, Georgia. She is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Medical Association of Georgia, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, the Medical Association of Atlanta, and the Atlanta Women’s Medical Alliance.
