I literally have the frizziest hair in the world and have never found anyone better than Crayg to do my hair! Love the shop love the people wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

I’ve known Crayg for many years and he is such a talented young man. He and his colleagues always put the clients first with such a fantastic, welcoming atmosphere at the salon. The techniques are all done with perfection, I would not go to anyone else. Top hairdressers!

I am a fan of Crayg Wards hair salon, because the team will always go the extra mile for you , always taking pride in there work, and you do not just feel you are a number , but in actual fact a person, who is made to feel special and looked after. Nothing is ever too much effort , and patience and understanding is second to none. When I originally attended the salon I had very little self confidence due to my appearance, however Crayg and his team helped me overcome my issues through perseverance with what I can only describe as minimal hair, to which I now have hair I am proud of, which helped my confidence immensely . This salon should win the award because they always go above and beyond ,and are kind, considerate and put lots of thought into what suits you as a person.

We have known crayg for a good few years. He was recomended to us when he was still a mobile hairdresser. My husband has many disabilities including Touretts which can make it very hard for him to have his hair cut. Crayg has never once been fazed by his tics and other disabilities. His cuts and service at the shop are always a very high standard, all the staff are friendly and crayg will alway make you feel special and a vaued friend and customer. The salon always looks lovley, and his therapy rooms are stunning very inviting. Hes not the cheapest, and hes not the most expencive, but just right, we will always go to craygs for as long as he is doing hair.

Fantastic salon. Friendly funky fun staff. Reasonable prices. Trendy modern environment. Loads of different offers and package deals. Excellent professional advise. Crayg is unique and Extremely creative and very gifted. You could easily make a day of it there with all the exciting treatments and therapys available. The salon rooms upstairs are just something else, tranquil and serene. I love it. X

Crayg Ward salon has restored my faith in hairdressers. They care about the clients needs and not only offer awesome services but they cater for every age range and care about the health of your hair. I was introduced to Crayg Ward’s salon when I was looking. For something a little bit different for a festival. I had a consultation with Crayg and as soon as he mentioned synthetic dreadlocks I knew it was the one! I booked in and then went back a good three times before my appointment as I was unsure of the colours I wanted. They were so patient with me and didn’t mind taking the time to discuss it and show me the colours (again!) it was never like I was an inconvenience (even though I must have been a right pain!) Crayg put them in for me and I was absolutely delighted with them, they looked incredible and I kept them in for way longer than he had initially advised that they would last, because they were still held just as firm! The whole experience was great, and all of the stylists at the salon are fantastic, friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make sure that all of their clients are happy all of the time. Following that first experience, I left my hairdresser of over 10 years to switch to Crayg Ward’s salon, and I now wouldn’t go anywhere else. The salon is funky, the stylists are great and my little boy loves coming in with me because he knows he will be spooky with attention (and strawberries/sweeties!) and whenever we walk past the salon he likes to go in to say hello and see what creative outfit Crayg is wearing, although his form favourite will always be the vampire costume he wore around Halloween! Fantastic service, a great team, even the cups of tea are great… And not forgetting the occasional glass of wine… It is a treat to visit the salon, and I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Ive know crayg when he was a trainee stylest. Ive seen him grow and achive so much. Hes very talented and always points you in the right about your hair and the right products. Hes very pleasent and so craygs staff. The salon is warm and friendly and they are spot on with customer care. Well done to you all keep up the fantastic work x

Crayg Ward is a very talented stylist who\’s creations are outstanding.He has a very friendly group of young stylists whome he has trained himself to a very high standard.The salon specializes in useing top latest colour techniques and products.I love going to Crayg Ward, he is a lovely friendly helpful young man always ready to give advise.
