First Impressions is amazing. I love Emily and she is responsible for my hair, but would trust anyone there. I don’t think you can say that about many places. Everyone is always upbeat. They are very professional and they help each other out. It’s a great place.

I moved to Connecticut 20 years ago and tried a couple of different salons and First Impressions was recommended to me and Ann Marie has been my hairdresser ever since. Ann Marie and the other hairdressers are all very talented.

I tried several different salons in the Bristol area when I moved to CT from NH and out of all them, First Impression Hair Salon is the best! Ann Marie and the rest of the girls in the salon all make their customers feel and look their best every time!

I’ve been working at first impression for 12 yrs. I love working there because the salon stays updated thanks to owner and stylist Annmarie. We attend classes often, hair shows several times a year, she hosts in salon classes that other stylist from other salons attend and our clientele are amazing people!

I have been a customer of First Impression Salon for almost 15 years now, first with Ann Marie (the owner) now with Shannon, who has been with First Impressions for 12 years. Sandy has also been with Ann Marie for a long time, another great asset to the salon. Then Ann Marie brought on Katelyn and Emily, then Jaime and now Samantha, and all of them are awesome also!! It is, by far, the best salon I have ever gone to!! Not only for their expertise in all area\\\’s of hair care, but also for the atmosphere of the salon. When you walk into First Impressions, its like how it must have been walking into \\\’Cheers\\\’, everyone knows your name and its just like family!!

I absolutely LOVE first impressions! It doesn’t matter who cuts your hair you’re guaranteed to walk out with an amazing cut! I bring my children there as well. They’ve been cutting my daughters hair since she was 3 years old. They keep her calm, still and she leaves looking great and asking when she can go again. Ann Marie is truly one of the most amazing business owners in Bristol. You’re so much more than a client you’re a friend. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!
