Emily’s Tattoo Tamales has IMHO Peoria areas best Tamales, Enchiladas, Rice and Tres Leches cakes. The Tamales are a meal in themselves.The Enchiladas, like no enchilada I have tasted..they melt in your mouth. The Tres Leches cupcakes come from heaven, but come in second to the sweet and charming owner Kim..IMHO.
