Rhonda’s Hair Studio

Have literally known Rhonda all my life and started going to her 5 or 6 years ago. I have fine, thin hair that is on it\’s way to all grey and she always makes it look great. Even better, she\’s never pushed to color it.

I’ve been seeing Rhonda since I was a frizzy-haired kid in middle school. At the time she was the only hairdresser we could find who did Bio Ionic chemical straightening — and I tell you, that changed my life. It gave me a boost of confidence during a time where kids were cruel and I was painfully shy. Now that my hair grows straight on its own, I still see Rhonda for everything. Cut, color, product recommendations. Of course, she’s a sweetheart and makes even me (still pretty shy) comfortable during appointments, but her business is a success because she is also a PRO. She is ALWAYS learning. I love hearing about the new classes she has taken since I last saw her, and I’ve never regretted letting her wing it when I come in with no ideas for my new haircut. It’s so fun hearing her explain how different products work, because she really understands her products on a molecular level. I geek out. She’s an honest businesswoman. She was reasonable when I was a kid begging for purple hair (I got some nice subtle streaks, and it was awesome) and she’s still considerate now that I’m an adult with disposable income and an office job. She pays attention to my wants and my lifestyle, and she manages to negotiate a perfect balance of personality and professionalism when I try something new. I’ve followed Rhonda to four different locations as life has bounced her around, and though I’ve only ever seen her for hair appointments, I really feel like she is a friend. Thus, I am a big fan.

Rhonda has been doing my hair my whole life. She’ll do anything I ask!
