Mel is the most amazing hairdresser I have ever had!! She always took time out of her already busy schedule to fit me in for a haircut, even if that meant opening up her shop after hours. She always looks phenomenal and has the biggest smile on her face. She is easy to talk to (she should have been charging me a psychologists fee for all of the free advice she has given me over the years). She came prepared with ideas of styles/cuts that would help me feel more confident about myself. I have recently moved to Montreal and I have yet to find anyone close to her skill and her charisma! I’m counting down the days until I’m back in Halifax for a visit so I can get a proper haircut from the best in the business!

Melanie is a hair genius!
She is amazing with colour! I trust her more than any other stylist/colourist I’ve ever had. She just knows how to make you look your best!

I can honestly say I’ve never had a regular hair stylist before as I never found one I could connect with and trust. Melanie is professional and fun and has recently given me an actual hair style. She cut off that 30 year old pony tail! That’s trust! thanks Melanie 🙂
