Today was my first visit here, I had heard of the New York Times review of the sour soup and had to try it out (even though it is a bit hot out right now for soup!) and I honestly believe it’s the best bowl of soup I have ever eaten– I brought some home because it’s a huge bowl, served with rice– the combination of tangy broth and bitter melon, pineapple, lotus root, tomatoes, cilantro and basil is seriously flavorful. Kolap has a repeat customer in me! I look forward to trying some of their other Cambodian treats soon.

My wife and I ate at Kolap Cambodian Restaurant today, July 15, 2016. I had the sour soup with fish which was just amazing–fresh, flavorful, incredible! The ginger chicken that my wife ordered also excellent — the ginger burst with flavor. Appetizer beef kabob excellent. I will definitely come back & recommend to friends!
