Best meatball sub I’ve ever had. Great authentic Italian cuisine right off a food truck. Mike Valenti can cook with the best of them, and a real character too! Ciao!

OMG! The food is amazing. I can\’t even pick a favorite item. I love all the things I\’ve tried. In addition, Chef Mike is fun and entertaining. 🙂 This is a must-try for anyone in Vegas, or coming to visit!!

Wise Guys provide some of the freshest and tastiest Italian food PERIOD. Highly recommend trying to catch them at any number of weekly locations they stop at.
Meatball Sub & Cannolis are to die for. No pun intended.

I love the food. Gourmet and authentic Italian food. A true bistro on wheels. The people there were very friendly and treated me like family. Kicks olive gardens ass!
