I love the Dazzling Bistro Food Truck! Everytime I have eaten food from this truck it has been outstanding. I get some different each time and I always leave with a smile. Chef Darnell and his crew are always super friendly and they aim to please their customers!

I have known Chef Darnell for many years. Everything he makes – I love. Even if I don’t normally like it – like salmon. I never liked it until he made it for me! Everything is fresh and a nice variety of choices. I have never had anything from Darnell or Dazzling Bistro thatI did not LOVE!

Dazzling Bistro Food Truck is phenomenal! The truck is cute and clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and oh my…..THE FOOD! Rich with flavor, it will make your mouth water and make you wanna slap your momma! Yummy!

Their food is amazing, fresh, reasonably priced and they are mobile!!! How cool is that! I loved the amazing service and love the people that work on this truck!

Dazzling food truck was hands down amazing!! Darell was so sweet, and treated me like family right away! The food was SO good!! I had the pot roast and was in heaven! Made with love for sure!! 5 stars!!!

Chef Darnell is amazing! I look forward to the nights he brings his truck to Khoury’s Fine Wine. The full menu and complete meals he’s able to put together in a truck is incredible! So many trucks phone it in with tacos, fries, or easy to slap together food…but Darnell dazzles with lamb dishes, etouffee, duck and new things every time I see him!

The Dazzling Bistro has amazing food! It’s as simple as that! The menu changes regularly with the seasons or upon the whim of a creative new idea from the chef. Speaking of the chef….he is witty, very funny and a culinary wizard! Love them!!!
