The food is most delicious, the outdoor environment is most perfect on a sunny day, and the staff are very helpful and entertaining. It\’s just an all around fun place to go for an Alaskan experience. The gift store has wonderful gifts for everyone.

Alaska Salmon Bake is a unique Alaskan experience for those traveling to Fairbanks, Alaska. In an outdoor setting (with buildings to eat in if you want), with delicious food cooked on outdoor grills, this is a place I go to each time I return to Alaska. The people are friendly and fun, there are things to look at from an old mining camp and a gift shop to visit that has just the right items to take home. It is a great local business that gives youth an opportunity for summer employment and they work hard to make sure their customers are taken care of. Enjoyed the choices, the variety and the FUN! Don’t expect a fancy sit down dinner – this is a down to earth real Alaskan outdoor experience and worth the price!
