Popped in to this barbers for a haircut and shave about 6 month ago and will not go anywhere else, best hair cut in Newcastle, the staff are all friendly, and you get a warm smile as you walk through the door, not the normal grunt you get from other barbers. You get the feel the place hasn’t changed in over 30 years and it’s just as well it’s perfect.

As a Skinhead I do not get my hair cut at Scott\\\’s BUT my wife , also a Skinhead gets been getting her feather-cut done at Scott\\\’s for 30 years – we know the present proprietor and the former proprietor like family and couldn\\\’t recommend anywhere else if our lives depended on it !

G.Scott is the best traditional mens hairdressers in Newcastle upon Tyne. I’ve been going there since I was 18 years old and I’m now well a lot older .It’s not only the barbers give you the exact haircut you ask for its the whole experience from walking in the door until you leave , everything is old school, chairs ,sinks , decor nothing has changed from the day it opened .Really friendly service and top quality work in my opinion nothing and nobody beats them

I\’ve been having my hair cut by this excellent crew for about twenty years. I wouldn\’t go anywhere else. They look after their customers old and new and always give the best and most friendly service. I can\’t recommend G. Scott\’s highly enough – although I very often try!
