Good quality of service, arrangements are very good in price and designs. They have a variety of options and always available to help the customers even if they are away. Very good in delivery timing and if they delivery time don’t work for them, they call you to arrange another time which is what customer service is all about.

This is a family run local business in my home town of Gloucester, VA, started over 50 years ago by Jean Smith of Ware Neck. Her twin daughters currently run the business and it’s my go to place for the best floral arrangements, wreaths (for all occasions), silk arrangements, and delightful gifts (celebrating our Chesapeake Bay and water heritage, as well as our local Daffodil Festival) sure to please even the pickiest of tastes (and I’m picky). They partner with the local Parks and Recreation in a shopping discount card that I buy every year that allows me 10% off fresh flowers (pick up) and discounts on in-store items. I’ve known the Smith family for decades and can always count on them to support local causes and ensure me of high quality floral deliveries for every occasion!
