I was passing through Iowa on a road trip to omaha Nebraska…and a friend told me about these amazingly unique sandwiches that were tucked in the back of a mall out there…I was a bit apprehensive but after I tried the soup and the sandwiches. I was sold…Chef Terrence is a masterful culinary artist with not only the look, but the blend of tastes… I was so impressed I’m considering having him cater my wedding in 2018
