I needed a new hair stylist and chose April Ussery-Smith at The Best Little Hairhouse in Jacksonville, Florida. This gal is amazing! Her ideas are new, but not over the top. I have recommended friends to her and I know that two of them have made April their stylist, as well. I highly recommend her!
