Jodie is a fantastic hairdresser and works so hard, always happy and smiling. My hair actually grows now due to Jodie getting the colour I’ve always wanted without using bleach, over the moon!

I have tried several different salons in the North East for my hair extensions. Having to go back every 2 months for infills.Never really happy!!!! I was introduced to Jodie @ 24 Caret about 2 yrs ago. I can truly say she is the best on the business for hair extensions. My hair always looks and feels amazing. Jodie makes you feel at ease the second you meet her. She is always on time with your appointments, which is important when you have a busy lifestyle. There has been numerous times I have called for a last minute appointment and she has always managed to fit me in – even staying back late at night or opening early in the morning. The salon has a real good feel to it, lots of friendly banter between clients and staff. Oh, and your always well fed and watered. I highly recommend Jodie for the award – such a worthy winner. Jodie knows exactly how to cater for your needs, whether if it’s hair or beauty. If you are stuck for ideas and inspiration, she will offer her expertise and I can guarantee you will be thrilled with the result. Jodie has a fantastic eye for detail and if she isn’t taken on an idea a client may have, she will suggest what she recommends (which 100% of the time is perfect!). In the couple of years that the Salon has been open, she has built a well established client base, of which consists of all ages from infants to the elderly, all of whom are always happy with work they have had undertaken and can’t wait until their next appointment! 24 Carat is a ‘one stop shop’ for all of your Hair & Beauty needs, whether it’s tanning, nails, facials, massage, waxing, treatments and of course hair! She offers fantastic packages / pamper days and seasonal offers. Jodie is also now an educator for a world wide hair extension brand Great Lengths. So she can offer her clients a premium brand hair extension service with all the knowledge she has. Jodie is always introducing new treatments to cater for her ever increasing client database. She is also doing a fantastic job of branching out and taking on organising and running Miss Sunderland & District which is a qualifier for Miss England. This shows that she is a very competent, highly motivated and extremely focused business woman. She is always looking at new ventures/ideas to further her business and establish herself even further.
