About 12 years ago my rough collie Wesley had a bad experience with a groomer. After we came home from this grooming he curled up and didn’t move for 90 minutes. He was only 1 1/2 yrs old at the time. He would snap when I came near him with a brush. It broke my heart. Then I met Elicia. She was working with a different grooming service at the time. She said she would take it slowly with Wesley. After a year I was able to brush him again. Wesley ADORED Elicia! Whenever I said her name he got excited and ran to the door. We stuck with Elicia and quite frankly would follow her anywhere! She makes sure that the dogs she grooms have a positive experience. My Wesley has passed but I now have his great nephew Riley. I was thrilled when Elicia opened her spa! Riley will never have a bad grooming experience because he will always go to Elicia at 4 Mutts Pet Spa! Elicia is the BEST EVER! She treats all dogs like they are her own and they love her! And that is why I am a fan!
