Terrible experience, overcrowded small home salon. It took 20 minutes before I was even acknowledged once I had walked in. I showed the senior hairdresser a picture of what I wanted after asking her if she was confident to create this and she confidently agreed and we proceeded. I was given a scalp bleach however I already had light Mousey brown hair with blond ends. The after look was bright orange hair not the copper/rose tones I wanted and showed in the picture. It was now 9pm and I wasn’t happy I told the hairdresser this however she was quite offended and wouldn’t admit there was an issue or that I was unhappy. I also had my black work clothes stained by how messy and unprofessional the staff were. It’s been a costly experience and I have been refused an apology or a refund. Save your money and go to the professionals.

I am not a fan! Worst service i ever recieved. And this buisness deletes or blocks users from putting poor reviews on their page. Hence why it looks like its so good. I would only recommend people to avoid going there.
