Very energetic and body image positive staff..Amanda is hilarious, polite, and sweet…tell her I sent you They are all about health and working with you to help get the best results. You don’t have to join any program or be pushed to purchase any products, you can come in and get a tasty healthy shake and cup of tea for about $8 and keeps you full and energized for up to 4 hours! While sitting in the shop you can ask questions get answers and decide what works best for you after talking with them.
