About 20 years ago, I moved to Kerrville and purchased a home that had huge oak trees in the yard which were in dire need of care. So, I contacted a local arborist who specialized in the treatment of oak trees. After completion of the tree treatment, he recommended that the trees be cleared of “dead wood” and trimmed where needed. For that service, he recommended A Quality One Pro Tree Service. So, I gave them a call, and the very same day a young man (Lonnie Goodman) showed up at my door eager to please. He was not only courteous and respectful; he was very professional and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. That same day, he submitted a detailed, written bid and began the work. He completed the work in record time and exactly as promised at the price quoted. Over the years, he has done excellent work for me at a reasonable price. In addition to the tree work, he completed a major rock-scape for me. Over the past 20 years, Lonnie’s business has grown. He now does new construction landscaping as well as renovation of older landscapes. The name of his business has changed (A Quality One Outdoor Service), but the quality of his work has not changed. He still has the same attitude, drive, and ability that persuaded me to use his company 20 years ago. He is a great business owner with a reliable crew who completes each job with true professionalism. I have never regretted my decision of 20 years ago.
