I purchased African Cichlids from Amy about a year ago. Today, I consider her a dear friend. Amy has helped me learn the “do’s and don’ts” of keeping African Cichlids. I have spent many a late night discussing fish, learning, or just saying hi. She’s seems to never sleep! Always responding day and night. Aims Altitude Aquatics! My fish store online, my friend!

I have known Amy for about three years. She has been a wealth of information and assistance. I have bought more fish from her then I can count. She has given me what I think are fair prices and good quality fish. The fish she has for the most part are fish that the Big box stores don’t carry. Those are the ones I’m after and she has them. She has even come to my home to check on my two aquariums to see how her fish are doing. In fact she offer to help me switch out my 135 gallon tank this weekend. I also need to address the subject of negative things that have been said about Amy. I’m in the automotive repair business. So I deal with upset clients. I have to say there are always two sides to every story. Every small signal person business Can have some issues. Keep that in mind. Let’s talk about customer service. One time I had bought some fish from Amy. One of her tanks came down with a bad case of ick. Well wouldn’t you know it my 135 gallon tank came down with ick also. The two of us worked together to treat our tanks and fish. After the ick had been taken care Amy replaced every fish that I lost at NO CHARGE TO ME. Would a Big box store have done that? I have bought fish from only two people since I have been in the hobby. She would be my first choice.

Aiim’s Altitude Aquatics is very professional and knowledgeable. They have some amazing Cichlids at great prices… I would recommend them for your cichlid needs.
