The Alplings are delicious and filling but they are only part of the experience! The sauerkraut they are served with is the perfect accompaniment, with a hint of fennel and some tomato. The buttery sauce and Parmesan (and of course the dash of Martin’s banter!) all finish the experience nicely. His goulash and appfelstrudle are also not to be missed.
