I knew the proprietor of Ark Angels Pet Care, LLC before I adopted my cats, so the first time I had to leave them alone I knew just who to call. I’m pleased to say that my very high expectations were not only met, but well exceeded. The communication was stellar, so while I was away, my usual anxiety about the cats welfare was practically non-existent. When I booked the service we discussed and agreed upon the particulars of how any emergency situation that should arise would be handled, while I was away I received photos and text updates, and when I returned there was a detailed log of the highly professional and thorough care my pets received. Not only that, I swear the house was in better shape than I left it. Kitty bowls were cleaned, the loose litter was swept up, and the used litter and trash was disposed of. I have engaged Ark Angels on all the subsequent occasions I have had to leave town, and the peace of mind has been priceless. I recommend Ark Angels to every pet lover I know, whether they have cats, dogs, birds or other animal companions.

I have used Ark Angels Pet Care for 3 years for care of my cat when I travel. I am very pleased with their superb service. My cat is always well taken cared of, as well as, my mail brought in, plants watered, lights turned on/off, and blinds open/closed. It’s reassuring and comforting to have Ark Angels provide these services when I’m out of town. It’s certainly a load off my mind.
