About a year ago I came across Arno\’s stand at the callingwood market and instantly fell in love with his work. I of corse had to try everything and was never once disappointed in any way.
I also go the chance to meet the family and adore them all. I have learned so much from him and since telling him I was aspiring to become a chef, he has helped in every way he could.
I have gone to manny lengths to buy even just a chocolate tart for a dinner party. When I need something special he never disappoints. Everyone who I have shared his creations with absolutely fell in love as I did one day a while ago

Arnaud\\\’s croissants have just the right bite on the outside then melt your mouth. They make my knees weak and my vision gobbledygook. They are dangerously delicious!

Arno is simply one of the best bakers I know! I come from France so you can trust me! No actually, better than trusting me, just try something he’ve made! Like a pain au chocolat for exemple!! Even in France I have a hard time finding some that good! I recommand pretty much anything Arno could make, especially the “croissant aux amandes” (my addiction)! We are so lucky to have him in Edmonton, I’m glad that people could know it 😉
