Billy Jack and Ruben are incredibly talented artists, great customer service-they make you feel at home. Beautiful art, vibrant color, amazing. I drive an hour and 1/2 to see these guys…worth every mile and dollar!

Like Dr. Sam Beckett, Stephanie at Artistic Encounter “set right what once went wrong.”
This was my birthday To: Me/From: Me and it was so profound that I cried.
I haven’t had eyebrows for my entire adult life. It seems like a small thing, but I’ve always felt their loss more than I would like to admit.
Stephanie completely understood and helped me feel at ease. I was so excited/nervous while she was doing them that I talked non-stop (it did distract me from the needle!) and it still came out better than I had dreamed. And this is just the first pass (there will be another to touch up after this has healed)!

Friends, if you would like art (or like me, restoration work) done, I can’t recommend her and her shop higher.

My artist, Jeremy Gandy, has created a very personal experience for me during every session (over 20 in less than a year). He has been very honest, informative, and professional. I have absolutely loved the time, dedication, and patience he has given to me and our sessions. His work is fabulous, beautiful, and flawless. I Have to carry a stack of his business cards because I receive soooo many compliments and requests for referrals. Of course, the only downside being that now I can\’t be squeezed in his schedule because he\’s booked solid for 3 months +. I\’m not complaining. Quite contrary, I\’m excited and happy for Jeremy. He has such amazing talent and personal yet professional skill.
The entire team at Artistic Encounters makes everyone feel like family.

The work that comes out of this shop is fantastic. I live all the way in Houston and drive up here just to get inked by these guys. Shout out to Ruben for absolutely killing the two tattoos Ive gotten from him so far. I really wouldn’t take my business anywhere else.

I came here by chance 2 years ago and keep coming back. Ruben has done all my work from here and exceeds my expectations every single time. There isn’t a single artist here that I wouldn’t recommend to someone. No matter what you want done, they’ll do it and they’ll make it amazing.

I can’t give enough praise to Artistic Encounter! First, the facility is amazing, very hip, clean and above all, comfortable. I was introduced to AE because of Ruben, one of the tattoo artists. I can’t give Ruben enough praise… he did an absolutely amazing job on a memorial tattoo. His skill is unbelievable and I simply adore the piece he did. He worked with me on the size of the piece, and put so much detail and personality into this tattoo. I actually live about 14 hours away from this shop, but I can’t imagine going anywhere else… I can’t wait for my next trip to Texas for another visit to AE. A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.

I’ve known Ruben, one of the tattoo artists, as long as I’ve been with my husband, going on 9 years. He’s done both of our tattoos and has always been the artistic talent behind our tattoos forever. He’s how we got introduced to Artistic encounter. This place is great they have it all. They’re quality though is what gets to us and will keep us coming back. Being able to have a vision and go to a place where the artist brings that into reality and so much more is true artistry in the making. Ruben has been like family to my husband all his life and this place has been amazing to experience for ourselves. Congratulations on your nomination guys, as it is well deserved!
