Jessica Hiner is THE best hair artist I\’ve had – i walked in with faded pink and black hair and walked out with luscious blonde and brown with low lights – and believe it or not, my hair feels even more healthy walking out than it did going in. I recommend her to anyone going to MT, as I live in a completely different state.
