Frank and his team have donated tremendous hours helping the volunteers, staff and dogs at hi tor animal shelter in Rockland County NY. His dedication has helped show volunteers how to work and train the dogs at the shelter so they are more adoptable. He truly cares about the animals. I have also used him privately, and the training and guidance he has given me is invaluable!
