Bennett’s Barber Shop Townsville

What a great barber shop! I was having all sorts of trouble getting hairdressing appointments to suit before I went to Bennetts. It’s hard when you work business hours to ring somewhere else in business hours! Bennetts offers online booking so you can submit your booking at midnight if you want to! Not that appointments are essential. Customers rock up at any time and are seen very promptly. I love my hair cut and have had so many compliments. My 14yo’s hair looks great, too. Somehow they make a basic short back and sides very stylish. Although very busy with lots of people waiting last time we visited on a Saturday morning, the ladies efficiently cut hair, smile and laugh and chat, and the wait doesn’t seem long at all. There is also a loyalty card/app giving a discount after a number of cuts. The prices are on their website so you don’t have to guess how much it will cost or how long it will take. All in all brilliant service guaranteed to keep customers coming back again and again.

Karen has been cutting my hair for years, and I never fail to leave looking amazing and feeling a part of the family. Opening this salon has been her best move yet! I look forward to every time I go visit her and the team. Amazing prices and the best service in town gets an easy five stars from me.

Fantastic hairdressers/barbers. Offers old fashion service. Clean, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend it for all ages.

Nothing was too much hassle. I went in with all four of my children after school, didn’t feel rushed with others waiting. All staff lovely with my children and of course their haircuts were great.

When you walk-in to get haircuts done (for all 3 of my children) we have never had to wait more than 5mins. The online booking system is also very easy to use and always on time. Karen and her staff are so incredibly friendly and they make you feel like you are part of their family. We have never been disappointed!

Both my boys love going to Bennett’s Barber shop to get their hair cut. We live across the other side of town but it is worth the drive. They always walk out with a smile on their face!
