First off, because she will customize her recipe to accommodate other allergies and it takes delicious. Second, her brownies taste like the real thing, no compromise because they are GF. As proof, my husband, who doesn’t have to eat GF, loves them and regularly orders them. She has amazing product and amazing customer service. PS., Love her cupcakes!

I\\\’ve had Bez GF brownies myself and they were SO delish, I asked if she would sell some of her products at my Christmas kiosk at our local mall. My customers who wanted gluten-free were wowed by the items and many have been in touch since, and continue to be. Great talent, great products, great understanding of what it means to combine ingredients not normally used and still be delicious!
